Lomi bodywork uses a somatic approach to breathwork, energy flow and bodywork.  "Soma" relates to the living body in its wholeness: the body, the mind and the spirit.  Your state of wellness depends on your choice of physical activity, on-going thoughts, and the feelings in your heart.  How you live in these areas shows up in your body.

Lomi bodywork creates a safe place for clients to discover their chronic holding patterns that block the natural flow of energy.  Together we explore these, using touch, awareness and breath to facilitate optimum wellness.  Each person is different, so responding authentically varies widely in the present moment.  There is no “right” answer or result—only what is best for that body-mind in the moment. There is no agenda or plan, only great interest in what happens in each moment.In a series of sessions, powerful changes occur, as re-education allows the client to awaken to their highest potential. 

This unfolding of personal and authentic integrity allows more choices in life, free of anxiety and/or pain.

Spiritual counseling, personal coaching and Lomi bodywork rates are $30 for a half an hour, or $50 for an hour, which are payable by check or cash only.
